There are several aspects to this coaching that enabled me to make significant progress towards my goals.
First, I’d have to say that Coach Anna is obviously very skilled in the various factors that need to be taken into consideration when looking at a weight-loss program. In this regard, for me one of the most impactful changes she made for me was the significant increase of daily protein which helped me feel full. This coupled with eating slowly and mindfully, helped me reduce my caloric intake, while not leaving me with the feeling of hunger or feeling like I was being deprived of food. I should add that Coach Anna doesn’t talk “at” you, but she guides the conversation in logical ways and asks the right questions which leads to intelligent next steps.

Second, the materials that she gave me access to are extremely well-written. These materials are succinct and logical and make a lot of sense. This helped to support Coach Anna’s assessment of my situation which then led to a logical path. This enabled me to make significant progress toward my weight-loss goal. I am clearly on the right path to achieving my goal and I owe it to Coach Anna guidance.
