I have been coaching and training clients for over 10 years. The reason most people train with me is not because I can build an amazing training program for them, it is for the accountability factor. When you get me as a coach, you now have someone on your team that wants you to succeed towards a healthier life, whatever your goals may be.
It all starts with your Initial Questionnaire you will need to complete, so I can determine how we can best work together.
Whether you want to look better in your clothes, have a special event coming up, need to improve your health for medical reasons, want to lose some post-baby weight or are trying to stay healthy for your future baby, looking to get stronger, we will first discuss what that big target goal is. Then, we will break it down into steps you can take to achieve it - specific, measurable, realistic steps and assign the time it will take to get there.
What's included each month:
- A progressive weekly plan including full body or upper, lower and full, depending on your goals and priorities. These will be delivered via Trainerize and will include instructional videos. Your workout can be scheduled or you can select when to do it, on demand.
- Food journal tracker/weekly nutrition habit to make the most of your training.
- Weekly accountability with my online check-ins. Plus, you can check in with me via email at any time and get a response within 24 hours.
Program starts on Monday after you complete the Initial Questionnaire and pay the invoice.
You will be billed directly thru Trainerize. Program cost is $35 monthly.
You can cancel any time with a 1 week notice.
