Ingredients
- 1 large or 10 grape tomatoes
- 2 small cucumbers
- ½ white onion (or vidalia works nicely here)
- 4-6 small radishes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp tahini
- ½ lemon
Directions
1. Chop your veggies into bite-sized pieces - cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and radishes
2. Mix your dressing - tahini, juice of ½ a lemon and salt/pepper to taste
